Dr. Mahmoud Ziyad(Mahmoud)- President/Consulting Principal
Mahmoud is co-founder of Persian Consulting Inc. He has over 20 years experience in the human resource management industry having held a range of positions from Project Coordinator to Operations Manager in various companies in the Middle East. He is now the President/Consulting Principal at Persian Consulting. Mahmoud holds a Doctorate Degree in Management Science from Kuwait University (Kuwait).
James O’Riley (Jim) - Human Resources Assistant
Jim is the Human Resource Assistant. He joined Persian Consulting in 2002. During his tenure with Persian Consulting, Jim has had various operational positions in the capacity of Project Manager, Contracts and Procurement Manager, Planning and Cost Control Manager, and General Manager. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Management .
Ms. Daya Metha (Daya) - Executive Administrative Assistant
Daya is the Executive Administrative Assistant (Commercial) of Persian Consulting Inc. She joined Persian Consulting in 2001 and during her tenure occupied a number of operational positions including Contracts Manager for Persian Consulting’s Strategic Business Unit. She has over 12 years of experience in Administration and is highly experienced in project estimation. Daya holds a Bachelor Degree of Science in Administration from University of Pune (India).
Mr. Yusuf Abdul-Jalil (Yusuf) - Administrative Services Manager
Yusuf is the General Manager (Accounting Operations) of Persian Consulting Inc. He joined Persian Consulting in 2002 and has held various operational positions including Project Manager and Accounting Operation Manager of Persian Consulting’s Strategic Business Unit. Yusuf has over 18 years of experience, 10 of which in the UAE, executing several commercial, and institutional accounting and auditing projects. Yusuf holds a Master’s Degree in accounting.
Mrs. Almirah Abdul-Aziz (Mirah) - Company Secretary
Mirah is the Company Secretary and Legal Advisor of Persian Consulting Inc. She joined Persian Consulting in 2002 with over 29 years experience working for prime contracting companies in the UAE and Lebanon as a Notary Public. Mirah holds a Masters Degree in International Law from Damascus University (Syria).
